Floating Chinese City

Tuesday, June 28th, 2011

A city appeared hovering over the waters of the Xin’an river in China. The video claims it’s a mirage but it has all the markings of a trans-dimensional bleed. These things happen.

The video below has an explanation of what a mirage is.

Capturing First Contact

Thursday, June 23rd, 2011

Below is a video shot in Papua New Guinea in 1976. It is the first time this tribe has ever met a white person.

The attitude and amazement captured on the faces of the tribesmen is a shadow of our recent future.

Visualizing Electro-Magnetism

Wednesday, June 22nd, 2011

All plants and animals endogenously produce the protein cryptochrome. Cryptochrome is responsible for regulating circadian rhythms, regulating light sensitivity and provides to ability to sense electromagnetic fields.

A recent study removed the cryptochrome produced inside of flies and found that they could not respond to magnetic fields without it. The flies were then supplied with the human version of cryptochrome and regained their “magnetoreception” ability.

Despite much controversy, no conclusive evidence exists that humans can sense the Earth’s magnetic field, and the find may revive interest in the idea.

Although humans, like migratory birds, are known to have cryptochrome in their eyes, the idea of human magnetoreception has remained largely unexplored since pioneering experiments by Robin Baker of the University of Manchester in the 1980s.

Dr Baker, who maintains his results proving human magnetoreception were “overwhelming”, hopes that the find re-invigorates the pursuit of a final word on the matter.

“I think one of the things that put people off accepting the reality of human magnetoreception 20 years ago was the lack of an obvious receptor,” he told BBC News.

“So these new results might actually be enough to tip the balance of credibility. I shall be fascinated to see.”

Personally, I believe human consciousness resides in the electromagnetic field generated by the sum charge of all neurons firing in the body – especially in the densely bundled neurons in the brain and heart. This is the basis of CEMI Theory as developed by Susan Pockett and Johnjoe McFadden.

The starting point for McFadden and Pockett’s theory is the fact that every time a neuron fires to generate an action potential, and a postsynaptic potential in the next neuron down the line, it also generates a disturbance in the surrounding electromagnetic field. McFadden has proposed that the brain’s electromagnetic field creates a representation of the information in the neurons. Studies undertaken towards the end of the 20th century are argued to have shown that conscious experience correlates not with the number of neurons firing, but with the synchrony of that firing.[8] McFadden views the brain’s electromagnetic field as arising from the induced EM field of neurons. The synchronous firing of neurons is, in this theory, argued to amplify the influence of the brain’s EM field fluctuations to a much greater extent than would be possible with the unsynchronized firing of neurons.

There is definitely a correlation to electromagnetism’s effect on human consciousness. Most notably in Michael Persinger’s God Helmet. The device uses weak magnetic fluctuations to produce a sense of “presence” in the people who use it.

Maybe someone out there has seen what most of us only subtly feel. If you’ve ever seen anything like this in real life, let us know.

In the meantime here’s a beautiful video that visualizes invisible electromagnetic fields.

Information Oracle

Monday, June 20th, 2011

This six part interview with Clif High, of the ALTA Web Bot project Half Past Human, speaks about the possible future as predicted by the collective consciousness of the Internet.

If even a fraction of the global human population is latently psychic, then there is the possibility that an anomalous, systematic collective human mental power may be potentially suggesting (whether they know it or not) events that may occur in the future. Even a small fraction of psychic individuals constitutes a large number of people on the planet today.

If even a small percentage of the global population (now @ 7 Billion Human Beings) is even subconsciously suggesting in random conversations across the internet the potentiality of future events, then an enormous data set of emotionally-laden, suggestive language, is being created every second of every day as human beings converse with each other.

How often have you had a thought, then had a confirmation almost directly afterwards? Eg: You think of a friend, and immediately that friend texts you, or calls you. Or, you have a sense of an event occurring, just to have it happen immediately afterwards. You are not alone when these events ARE happening, and those events may have more meaning than you know.

These synchronicities, although unexplainable to Western Scientists before the advent of Quantum Mechanics, were often played off as “coincidence” or “chance”…but, the reoccurring nature of these events all across humanity suggest otherwise. Remember, just because our Western Science cannot explain it, does not mean it does not exist. Therefore, human beings, even if only a small portion and even if only by an unknown latent ability, may be inherently psychic, and that many of them, in concert, could potentially be forecasting events (great and small) that would be intrinsically tied to every human being.

Tactile Waveforms

Tactile Waveforms from Süperfad on Vimeo.

Süperfad’s latest short film, directed by Nando Costa, explores the connections between science, mathematics and music. Drawings representing a musical score are released into stylized landscapes that illustrate conditions through which sounds travel. These drawn representations react in different ways when traveling through the desolate landscapes, transforming into impossible musical instruments and altering elements in the environment along the way. The film’s structure is defined by World Gang’s music composition, which features classic instruments altered electronically to create the track. Working in a push and pull relationship, the film’s video and audio abstractions unite in an experience that is both otherworldly and rooted in tradition.
